Detailed Itinerary
Arrival (City tour) Nairobi
Welcome to Kenya. This is where your safari dream begins. You will be met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi by our driver guide and proceed to your hotel for some rest and overnight stay. After breakfast, you will depart your hotel at 9.30 AM and start exploring Nairobi and some local attractions. Giraffe center is where you can feed and take photos with the tallest mammal on earth. Our vehicle will be at your assistance to take you to any malls and restaurants should you wish. (Entrance charges for Nairobi will be paid directly by you, for all other National Parks, they are included in the package).
Nairobi to Ol-Pejeta Conservancy
Our guide will pick you at 7 AM and you begin your Kenyan safari adventure as you proceed to Ol Pejeta conservancy. To date, Ol Pejeta is the largest black rhino sanctuary in east Africa, and home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhino. It is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, in a Sanctuary established to rehabilitate rescued animals. Far more than just a place for game driving, the privately owned conservancy combines traditional safari experiences with up close interactions such as its rhinoceros’ sanctuary (home to two of the remaining Northern White Rhinoceros), chimpanzee sanctuary, equator point and more. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp and rest. Evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Camp.
Ol-Pejeta Conservancy
Early morning breakfast and game drive. Today you will get a chance to visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary. You will return back for lunch and rest before heading out for an evening drive. Dinner and overnight stay at camp.
Ol-Pejeta- Lake Nakuru
Breakfast followed by an enroute game drive in Ol- Pejeta conservancy then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. Visitors can enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching. Arrive at your lodge for lunch and rest before departing for your evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
Early morning departure for boat ride in Lake Nakuru. Nobody has seen Lake Nakuru from a different angle in many years, but this irreplaceable experience, comes as a game changer to the park and offers a rich and rewarding experience. This new product is the first ever experience in Lake Nakuru National Park in 40 years and it comes as a real transformation of the circuit into a premium destination, worth a stop-over by any enthusiastic traveler. The boat safari lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.You will be served breakfast during your boat ride. At 9.30 AM, depart Lake Nakuru and begin your journey to the world famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arguably the most famous wildlife area in the world and a must-see place during a Kenya safari, the Masai Mara National Reserve lies in the southwest of the country, bordering Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. This is an ecosystem of vast grasslands prowled by cheetah, peppered with acacia thickets in which leopards lurk, and divided by the Mara, Sand and Talek rivers. Arrive at your lodge In time for lunch and depart for an evening game drive in the evening.
Masai Mara National Reserve
From July to November each year, the great wildebeest herds arrive from Tanzania. To reach the grasslands of the Mara, they must risk their lives crossing the Mara River, where famished crocodiles wait in the swollen waters. After nervously milling about on the banks, it takes just one wildebeest to leap in, and then the herd follows in a cacophony of grunts, thundering hooves and splashing water. The river crossings are iconic — the subject of many nature documentaries. For the next 2 days, you will depart early in the morning to trail the migration and and the big cats as you try your luck to get the migration. Game drives You will have picnic lunch/breakfast as planned with your guide. Return for dinner and overnight at camp.
Masai Mara
Check out of your lodge after breakfast (or carry packed breakfast) and begin your game drive in search of the migration and the big cats. Arrive for lunch at your camp, catch up on some rest and head out once again for an evening game drive. Return to camp for dinner and overnight rest. Today you can do some optional activities like balloon Safari and masai village visit
Masai Mara to Nairobi - Departure
Today is your last day in the African wilderness. You will head for one last game drive before you depart for Masai Mara and head to Nairobi. You will be dropped at the airport
